An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider working on an established portfolio within London and Home Counties.

GH Engage are currently recruiting a Mobile Engineer to work across a portfolio of sites within London and Home Counties.

The successful candidate will be carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks across the portfolio.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a Water Treatment Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Water Treatment and Plumbing. In return the company are offering a salary up to £42,000 with overtime and a Van + Fuel card provided.

• PPM's and Reactive works
• Legionella control and water treatment services
• Maintenance of TMVs, softeners, dosing systems, cooling towers & plant
• Flushing
• Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
• Updating site log books
• Provide further works reports where required
• Completing all works to a high standard
• Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared and used for all tasks
• Supervising Sub-Contractors

• L8
• Plumbing Level 2/Level 3
• Working experience in a Building Services environment
• Other preferable skills:
  Mechanical, electrical and basic plumbing.
• Providing technical support to administration staff as required.
