Location: City of Westminster
A leading FM service provider in the City of Westminster is looking for a Shift Leader to oversee operations at a large mixed-use development. This role includes managing a small engineering team, ensuring maintenance schedules are followed, and maintaining service delivery standards. Ideal candidates will be fully qualified in electrical or mechanical disciplines, with experience in critical site maintenance and strong leadership skills.
This position offers a competitive salary of £53,500 per annum and requires working days only on a 4 on 4 off schedule.
