Network Design Specialist

We are looking for a Network Design Specialist to join our Mobile Networks team. You will be responsible for creating bespoke RAN solutions for complex environments like stadiums, transport hubs, tunnels, and major events.

• Design: Develop site‑specific 4G/5G RAN and DAS solutions.

• Technology: Identify appropriate transmission and capacity requirements, including Neutral Host and Femto products.

• End‑to‑End: Manage the full lifecycle from new product trials to decommissioning.

• Collaboration: Work with vendors and internal partners to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery.

• 5+ years' experience in Mobile RAN design (Mandatory).

• Technical Expertise: Specific experience with Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson, or DAS (Mandatory).

  A track record in major projects within airports, rail, transport, or emergency services environments (Preferred).

• Problem Solving: Ability to resolve complex technical threats and challenge status quo when necessary.

• Location: Birmingham, Bristol, or London.

• Type: Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week.
