We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Lead Engineer (Mechanical Bias) to join our team at a prestigious commercial site in Liverpool Street, London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a mechanically qualified engineer looking to step into (or continue in) a leadership role within a well-established and supportive environment.

You will be responsible for leading a small team of engineers, ensuring high standards of planned and reactive maintenance, and acting as the primary technical point of contact on site.

• Lead and supervise a team of engineers on site
• Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
• Act as the site's technical authority for all mechanical systems
• Oversee subcontractors and specialist service providers
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
  
  Liaise with the client and provide regular updates and reports
• Support training and development of on-site engineers
• Participate in overtime and additional works when required

• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Strong mechanical background (HVAC, pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs, plumbing systems, etc.)
• Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role
• Good understanding of building services within a commercial environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong knowledge of health & safety compliance

• Competitive salary of £56,000
