We are seeking an experienced and motivated BMS Special Works Manager to join a dynamic team delivering complex building management system projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional who thrives on coordinating and overseeing technical projects from concept to completion.

• Lead, plan, and manage BMS special works projects across multiple sites.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Manage a team of engineers and subcontractors, providing guidance and support.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to maintain clear communication.
• Oversee commissioning, testing, and handover of BMS systems.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards.

• Proven experience in managing BMS special works projects.
• Strong knowledge of building management systems, controls, and integration.
• Ability to manage budgets, resources, and schedules effectively.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications (3
  
  MSE or equivalent experience preferred).
