Are you a technical expert who thrives under the bright lights of high-profile environments? We are looking for a Lead Mechanical Shift Engineer to take the helm at one of London's most iconic flagship developments.

As the Lead Engineer, you'll balance hands-on technical mastery with site leadership. You will be the first point of contact for complex mechanical failures and the mentor for your shift team.

• Technical Oversight:
  Manage and maintain large-scale plant equipment, including commercial HVAC, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, chillers, and pressurized systems.
• Incident Management:
  Act as the technical lead during critical plant failures, ensuring swift resolution and minimal downtime.
• Compliance & Safety:
  Oversee L8 water hygiene, pressure vessel inspections, and RAMS for sub-contractors.
• Leadership:
  Supervise a small team of shift technicians, ensuring all PPMs and reactive tasks are completed to "flagship" standards.

• City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing & Heating
