Consultant - Construction Disputes & Expert Witness
Location:
London (West End)
Salary
: £48,000 - £60,000 + Package
- Preparation and analysis of claims documentation.
- Supporting expert witnesses in delay, quantum or technical matters.
- Assisting with the preparation of expert reports for arbitration, adjudication and litigation.
- Conducting detailed investigation, research and assessment of project records.
- Working across multiple clients and sectors, including major building and infrastructure programmes.
- Helping develop methodologies, narratives and supporting evidence for dispute resolution processes.
- Experience with in the construction industry, ideally with exposure to claims, dispute resolution or expert services.
- A strong interest in expert witness work, disputes and advisory services.
- Candidates must have or be studying towards an MSc in Construction Law.
- Strong analytical and written communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work in detail and support multiple assignments.
- A desire to learn from seasoned experts and progress quickly in a growing consultancy.
- Starting salary of £48,000 - £60,000 (DOE)
- 25 days leave + bank holidays
