Overview
Shift Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical) - St Paul’s - £48,000
St Paul’s, London | £48,000 per annum
Shifts:
7AM–7PM & 7PM–7AM (Continental Pattern)
- Carrying out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
- Monitoring and maintaining HVAC systems, power distribution, lighting, and pumps
- Performing fault-finding, testing, and inspections on building systems
- Supporting the operation of the Building Management System (BMS)
- Completing detailed maintenance logs and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
- Responding promptly to breakdowns to keep the site running without disruption
- £48,000 salary
