Location:

Tower Bridge, London – Hybrid (3 days from home, 2 days in office)
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 plus progression, training and company benefits.

Our company is a globally leading manufacturer of state‑of‑the‑art heat‑pump systems with an indoor unit. We have a strong presence in Europe and the UK, and we are growing rapidly while maintaining staff wellbeing.

As a Presales Engineer you will discuss unit performance, costs and specifications with customers and clients. The ideal candidate is London‑based, has an engineering‑related degree, is customer‑facing, and has experience in HVAC, AC or heat‑pump industry.

• Manage daily requests for information.
• Engage with customers and clients to discuss detailed specifications.
• Explain the Coefficient of Performance and maintain knowledge of latest machines.
• Keep up to date with training from product updates.

• Mechanical or engineering‑related degree.
• Experience with HVAC, AC or heat‑pump industry.
