Lead RF Design Engineer – Satellite Communications

We’re exclusively partnered with a leading Satellite Communications Engineering organisation in the London area. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a highly capable R&D function working on next‑generation RF systems for satellite communications, aerospace, government, marine and opto‑electronic applications.

The Opportunity

• Drive development across high‑frequency RF and microwave systems (10 GHz+) from concept through full product lifecycle, including design, development and lab testing.
• Work on SDR, RF over fibre, and other high‑frequency designs to create real‑world innovation.

We’re looking for:

• Strong technical background in RF / Microwave Engineering, ideally with Ka‑band.
• Experience in design and lab‑based testing.
• Degree background in Electronics, RF, Microwave or Wireless Communications.
• Familiarity with RF measurement, simulation and test equipment (VNA, spectrum analysis, modelling tools).
