Electrical Engineer

Electrical Engineer Marylebone £47,000 We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to cover a commercial building in Marylebone. The successful candidate will be responsible for the M&E maintenance for a tenant, ensuring all systems are compliant, safe, and running efficiently. Please note this position requires you to be on-call 1 in 4. Our client is open to engineers with experience in the hotel sector who would be interested in moving into the commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance in commercial properties Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults quickly and effectively Conducting inspections, testing, and compliance checks Emergency lighting testing and remedial Working on motors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and three-phase power systems Maintaining accurate records and documentation Delivering a high standard of customer service on-site Collaborating with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery Requirements:
