We invite applications for the Senior Bid Manager role at Volker Wessels UK.

This presents an excellent opportunity to join the rapidly expanding Volker Energy team. You will take the lead on delivering first‑class tenders, leveraging our internal teams to transform client requirements into compelling, compliant and value‑driven bids.

Lead the tender delivery process, ensuring that all bids meet client specifications, regulatory requirements and internal quality standards. Coordinate with project teams, technical consultants and stakeholders to compile comprehensive proposals and secure contract wins.

• Association of Proposal Management Professionals (AMPM); either Foundation, Practitioner or Professional level (desirable)
• Experience working within a Tier 1 contractor, preferably within the energy sector
• Strong construction/civil engineering knowledge gained in a Bidding, Technical or Operational role
• Ability to successfully communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
