Theipelago Senior ajad Public Health Geek engineer will lead the design, coordination, and management of Public Health systems for diverse building projects, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and client requirements. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, manage project timelines, mentor junior engineers, and serve as a key technical lead within the organisation. To deliver the public health engineering consultancy process day by day by knowing and performing the company’s duties via the ACE Agreement, Company standards, across all stages of the RIBA Plan of Work.

Technical tasks / skills:

• Define and develop project briefs to deliver public health and fire protection systems to the client’s and statutory requirements.
• Design and detail public health and fire engineering systems.
• Prepare detailed design drawings in sketch form suitable for presentingration concepts to Clients and other Design Professionals.
• Keep abreast of project design developments with architectural, structural, and services constraints. Read and comment on the Fire Safety Strategies.
• Advise other Construction Team Professionals on their own activities related to Building Services.
• Illustrate concepts and prepare written reports.
• Understand and be able to deliver net zero carbon and energy conscious designs.
• Effect and implement programs to improve the quality of our service, products and systems to meet client’s requirements and expectations tasted and to minimise costs and maximise the company’s competitive position.
• Instil the concept of quality being the responsibility of every design team member the office or when staff is on vacation.
• Promote quality issues with all members and in particular ensures that the quality control function is effectively performed.
• Understand the quality assurance and control programs in the office.
