What You'll Do- Support the delivery of real engineering and infrastructure projects.
- Assist with modelling, technical drawings, data analysis and site information.
- Contribute to energy efficiency, sustainability and performance improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, commercial, operations and consulting teams.
- Apply data and insight to support technical and commercial decision-making.
- Technical masterclasses and project‑based learning.
- Leadership and behavioural skills training.
- Structured mentoring and supportive line management.
- Active support towards professional recognition and chartership with a relevant engineering institution.
- A degree in any engineering discipline (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil, environmental, energy, building services or related).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Confidence working with data to inform decisions.
- Clear communication and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Curious, proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Ambition to build a long‑term engineering career.
