MEP BIM Coordinator / Engineer (Mechancial, Electrical, Plumbing)

Location: Paddington, London
Contract: 5-Month Fixed Term
Schedule: Full-Time, 5 Days a Week (On-Site)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced BIM Engineer to join the team on a commercial fit-out project in Paddington. This role requires a strong background in building services and proven experience in M&E coordination within commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models for M&E systems in line with project requirements.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate integration of services.
• Implement BIM standards and workflows, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and client specifications.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues between disciplines.
• Support project documentation and contribute to design reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in the M&E sector with a strong building services background.
• Proven track record working on commercial fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
• Strong knowledge of BIM Level 2 standards and UK building regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Paddington, Monday to Friday.
