Graduate - Technical & Ethical

You’ll have the opportunity to complete 3 rotations across our Technical & Ethical teams. Your degree discipline will influence your placement experiences within the programme. The specific rotation you undertake will be dependent on the team you are placed with, ensuring your experience is tailored to your academic background and interests. If you have a Textiles background, you will complete your rotations within our Homeware and Sustainability teams, where you will gain insight into responsible sourcing, product development, and ethical supply chain practices.

If you have a Product Engineering background will undertake rotations across Seasonal, Electricals, and Toys teams, allowing you to apply your technical expertise to a variety of innovative and commercially-driven projects.

• You are a current final year student at university or have graduated since 2024
• Minimum 2:2 degree obtained or predicted in Textiles or Product Engineering
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office
• You think critically, logically and analytically to solve problems, and you’re comfortable using all available information to draw out reliable and practical insights
• You work brilliantly with others, sharing ideas and using everyone’s strengths to get the best results
• You are eager to learn - whether that’s about our organisation, our customers, or how things work behind the scenes
• You are proactive and confidently make decisions. You step in to keep things moving, even when things feel uncertain
