The Opportunity :
Beyond a Typical Engineering Role

This isn’t just a typical engineering role; it’s a strategic recruitment offering clear and accelerated progression. My client is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Associate Engineer or a Senior Structural Engineer and offering a genuine pathway to Associate, then Directorship, and potentially, a Shareholder / Partner position. This role is a key part of the business’s succession plan, designed for you to progressively take over day-to-day management responsibilities currently performed by the existing leadership.

Required Experience & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
  • A degree in Structural Engineering and an IEng or CEng qualification.
