This design consultancy is really going places. They are growing and this role will suit a candidate who wants to work for a business where people really count, engineering and excellent design are key.

• Run projects, deal with sensitive clients and help mentor more junior staff.
• Work on a wide variety of projects, typically up to £25m in value, with UK and international work.
• Projects include staging and film sets, exhibitions, high end bespoke residential, industrial and logistics work for major clients and leading retailers.
• Collaborate in a design-led environment with a focus on engineering quality and excellent design.

• Ambitious mid level structural engineer with a can do attitude and creative problem solving.

People are very important to the ethos of the firm. They work in a trust based environment, with low staff turnover and a focus on work/life balance. The firm is flexible, offers a generous holiday allowance, and plans continued expansion.

The firm currently employs 12 staff and aims to grow to around 30 in the longer term.
