Quantity Surveyor — London

Are you an experienced QS from an M/E and Data Centre background? Then this role could be for you!

Salary up to £80,000 (DOE)

All expenses are paid if travel is required.

• Prepare subcontract packages for Procurement and agree/manage
• Measuring from plan drawings/ isometrics to produce BOQ's
• Tracking costs and labour
• Present take off's
• NR2M requirements and Procedures
• Research into RICS competencies and work towards development of area

• Chartered Membership of RICS or CIOB would be ideal
• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
• NEC3 Contracts (NEC4 Desirable)
• 4 Years + experience in a similar role
• Experience in commercial, M&E desirable
