• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM processes.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and energy modeling.
• The Principal Mechanical Design Engineer should have experience managing large‑scale, complex projects.

• Degree or HNC in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
