Your Technical Playground:

• Air Handling Units (AHUs) & Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
• Chilled Water Systems & Cooling Towers
• Boilers, Pumps & Heating Systems
• Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Ventilation & Extract Systems
• Pressurisation Units & Water Treatment
• Pipework Systems (LTHW, CHW, DHW)
• Plant Room Mechanical Equipment

• ✅ Qualified Mechanical Engineer with building maintenance experience
• ✅
  City & Guilds 6035 or equivalent HVAC qualification (Essential)
• ✅ Hands‑on experience with AHUs, FCUs, boilers, chillers & BMS systems
• ✅ Knowledge of F‑Gas regulations and refrigeration systems
• ✅ Proactive problem‑solver who thrives in a premium environment
• ✅ Understanding of water treatment and legionella control preferred
