Town Planner

Town Planner – Stantec

We are looking for a Town Planner based in London to contribute to our growth strategy. The role involves planning and delivering a broad range of projects, from residential and mixed‑use developments to commercial, industrial and employment schemes.

• Promote large to medium scale developments (both brownfield and greenfield) through the Local Development Framework.
• Coordinate subsequent planning applications.
• Conduct research and site appraisals.
• Prepare, submit and negotiate planning applications of all sizes and types.
• Prepare Planning Statements and lodge appeals, assisting evidence preparation for hearings.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate internal and external project teams and manage schemes.

• Chartered Town Planner (or working towards chartership), preferably with residential planning experience.
• Local knowledge and track record of working in the London region.
