Covering key locations along the M4 corridor (including Hereford, Swindon, Reading and surrounding areas), this role offers variety, stability, and the chance to work with modern control technologies and long‑term client accounts.

• Delivering planned PPM visits and reactive callouts on BMS systems.
• Fault finding, diagnostics, and optimisation of BMS hardware and software.
• Carrying out small works, upgrades, and minor commissioning activities.
• Producing clear service reports with improvement recommendations.
• Building strong client relationships through reliable, high‑quality service.
• Ensuring compliance with H&S, environmental, and quality standards.

• Proven experience in BMS service engineering (PPM, reactive, small works).
• Strong understanding of BMS platforms and HVAC systems.
• Confident fault‑finding and problem‑solving ability.
• Comfortable working independently across multiple sites.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally.
