Quantity Surveyor Locations: Central or West London Salary: £45,000 - £57,000 + car / travel allowance + comprehensive package Site Attendance: Minimum 3 days per week on site

I am working on behalf of a leading UK main contractor delivering a flagship infrastructure programme in London. Due to a planned increase in workload and progression within the team, they are now looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor with NEC and major civils experience. This role offers exposure to one of the UK's most complex infrastructure projects, providing an excellent platform for development with one of the UK's leading names in major infrastructure projects.

Working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial delivery of significant civils packages on the project.

• Assisting with the commercial management of civil engineering packages
• Supporting the administration of NEC contracts (NEC3 / NEC4)
• Cost control, forecasting, and monthly CVR reporting
• Subcontractor procurement, valuations, payments and change management
• Assisting with compensation events and early warnings
• Working closely with site teams, planners and engineers to support delivery

Candidates should ideally have:

• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on civil engineering or infrastructure projects in the UK
• Exposure to NEC contracts (essential)
• Experience with in a main contractor environment
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• A proactive approach and willingness to be site-based at least three days per week

• Starting salary of £45,000 - £57,000 depending on experience
• Car allowance or travel package
• 25 days leave + bank holidays
