This is an exciting role offering the chance to work on a wide variety of projects across London and the South East, including urban regeneration, mixed-use, residential, commercial, and leisure schemes. You'll take a leading role in managing projects, advising clients, and contributing to strategic planning work for high-profile developments.

• Lead on the preparation, submission, and management of planning applications and appeals
• Provide expert planning advice to clients, developers, and stakeholders
• Undertake site appraisals, policy analysis, and development plan representations
• Manage client relationships and coordinate input from multi-disciplinary teams
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to new business development and thought leadership activities

• MRTPI qualified (or actively working towards chartership)
• Strong background in planning consultancy, ideally with experience on urban or mixed‑use developments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident in client‑facing situations and capable of managing projects independently
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a passion for high‑quality planning outcomes
