The role
You will be the Technical Leader for energy performance activities within the London office. You will be the source of technical expertise and leadership, and develop and refine the products we offer to our clients, and drive excellence and consistency across our projects. You will lead forums for sharing knowledge, developing capability, training, thought‑leadership, innovation and research.

This role focuses on technical leadership, line management, project delivery, and Business Development,

As part of the role you will:

  • Take ownership and lead the energy workstream within the sustainability team.
  • Take ownership and deliver the energy workstream on large scale projects with industry leading clients.
  • You will be in a Client facing role, attending project meetings and disseminating the brief within the project team. You will need to be of personable nature and an excellent communicator.
  • Manage and prioritise the workload of the energy team.
  • Report energy resourcing requirements to the project lead team.
  • Contribute to the development of other team members.
  • Effectively delegate, manage and review work undertaken by others.
  • Collaborate with MEP colleagues and support development of energy modelling expertise within MEP teams.
