Role OverviewAs a Graduate Structural Engineer, you’ll be mentored by experienced engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues across the UK and Ireland. You’ll play an active role in developing structural engineering solutions for a broad range of projects. There are no stupid questions – we want to hear your ideas.
- Be an active part of our team in the development of structural engineering solutions for a broad range of projects.
- Work in close collaboration with colleagues from other disciplines to deliver exceptional project results and added value to the client.
- Strive for technical excellence and develop outstanding design communication skills.
This role makes you part of landmark projects that confront today’s challenges.
What We’re Looking For- Have a degree relevant to the role you’re applying for.
- Have less than 12 months of relevant work experience (excluding placements).
- Be confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
- Be driven, proactive, and solution‑oriented.
- Can work in the UK without restrictions either now or in the future.
Our Graduate Scheme offers a two‑year blended learning experience, with a tailored programme delivered virtually and face‑to‑face.
