As a Graduate Structural Engineer, you’ll be mentored by experienced engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues across the UK and Ireland. You’ll play an active role in developing structural engineering solutions for a broad range of projects. There are no stupid questions – we want to hear your ideas.

• Work in close collaboration with colleagues from other disciplines to deliver exceptional project results and added value to the client.
• Strive for technical excellence and develop outstanding design communication skills.

• Have a degree relevant to the role you’re applying for.
• Have less than 12 months of relevant work experience (excluding placements).
• Be confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Be driven, proactive, and solution‑oriented.
• Can work in the UK without restrictions either now or in the future.
