💷 Daily Rate: £258 - £288 (MPS6 - UPS3 Outer London, depending on experience)

SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting a skilled and adaptable Specialist Advisory Teacher to join a dedicated Home Tuition team supporting children and young people with cognition and learning needs across the London Borough of Redbridge.

This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced SEND practitioner who is passionate about inclusion and personalised education. The role focuses on supporting students who are currently accessing education through home tuition, helping them stay engaged with learning and make meaningful progress.

Working as part of a collaborative multi-professional team, you will provide specialist support, guidance, and targeted teaching to ensure students with additional needs continue to receive high-quality educational provision outside of mainstream classroom settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and support personalised learning programmes for students receiving home tuition
  • Provide specialist advice and strategies for supporting pupils with cognition and learning needs
  • Carry out assessments and contribute to planning targeted interventions
  • Work closely with the Home Tuition service, schools, and families to ensure consistent support for learners
  • Promote inclusive approaches and accessible learning tailored to individual needs
  • Contribute to the wider aims and development of the Home Tuition and SEND support service
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Significant experience working with SEND pupils, particularly cognition and learning needs
  • Strong knowledge of inclusive teaching strategies and personalised learning approaches
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A commitment to supporting pupils who require alternative education provision
