• Must hold UK QTS (Primary or Secondary)
• Strong academics across Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
• Experience teaching Upper KS2 and/or KS3
• Confident differentiating for a range of abilities
• Able to work collaboratively within a supportive team
• Receptive to feedback and committed to professional development

• Graded 'Outstanding' in latest Ofsted report
• Strong academic outcomes across phases
