Long Term Futures is working with a number of secondary schools across Tower Hamlets to recruit Secondary Teachers across all subject specialisms.

With multiple vacancies available across different school settings, we are seeking qualified teachers in subjects including English, Maths, Science, Humanities, MFL, PE, Computing, Creative Arts and more. Opportunities are available across KS3 and KS4, with some KS5 teaching available depending on specialism and experience.

These roles are ideal for experienced teachers looking for a new challenge, as well as strong ECTs seeking supportive departments within well-established secondary schools.

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons within your subject specialism
• Teach across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 available in some settings)
• Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment
• Assess, monitor and track student progress
• Contribute to departmental planning and wider school initiatives
• Support student attainment, behaviour and wellbeing

• QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching within a UK secondary school setting
• Strong subject knowledge within your specialism
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Commitment to high standards and student outcomes
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
