• Support the Head of English in leading a large, high-performing department
• Drive curriculum development and teaching & learning strategies
• Monitor progress, standards and intervention across KS3-KS5
• Model outstanding classroom practice

• Holds QTS and has a strong track record of impact in English
• Has experience teaching across KS3-KS5
• Demonstrates leadership potential or current middle leadership experience
• Is ambitious, organised and committed to academic excellence
