Job Coach - Youth Guarantee Trailblazer

8‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract, Full Time. Fixed term contract starting from March 2026 with the possibility to extend.

South Thames Colleges Group is looking for a dedicated Job Coach to support NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) young people aged 16‑24 in accessing employment, training, and mentoring opportunities.

• Provide one‑to‑one job coaching and deliver tailored employability support.
• Work closely with employers, referral partners, and agencies such as the DWP to identify and secure employment, training, and mentoring opportunities.
• Assess barriers to employment, develop strategies to help young people overcome them.
• Maintain effective communication with the Project Coordinator and the wider team to ensure all activities align with project goals.

• Proven experience in job coaching, preferably within youth engagement or employability sectors.
• Strong understanding of the challenges faced by NEET young people and the strategies needed to support them.
• Excellent interpersonal, proactive recruitment and engagement skills.
• A genuine commitment to empowering young people to achieve sustainable outcomes.
