• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent overseas qualification)
• Comfortable teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and rapport‑building with pupils and staff
• Sound knowledge of the UK curriculum
