Teaching Assistant Primary School (Islington)

Teacher Active is recruiting on behalf of a large, welcoming 3-form entry primary school in Islington, who are seeking a Teaching Assistant to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive school environment with strong leadership and great opportunities for development and progression.

8:30am – 3:30pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.

• Supporting pupils across the classroom
• Working closely with the class teacher to support learning
• Providing 1:1 or small group support where required
• Helping to create a safe, engaging learning environment

• A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for working with children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• SEND experience is desirable but not essential; full support and training provided
