Overview
Teacher Active is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive 3‑form entry primary school with a large, well‑established SEN provision
. The school is committed to providing high‑quality support for pupils with additional needs and offers a structured, nurturing environment where children are supported to reach their full potential.
- Providing 1:1 SEN support to pupils with ASD
- Supporting pupils with challenging behaviour using positive behaviour management strategies
- Assisting pupils with access to the curriculum and classroom activities
- Working collaboratively with class teachers, the SENCO, and support staff
- Implementing behaviour support plans and individual education plans (IEPs)
- Creating a calm, safe, and supportive learning environment
- Market‑leading rates of pay
