The Role
An established independent sixth form in Kensington is seeking a Full-Time A Level Psychology Teacher to join its academic team. You will teach A Level Psychology to motivated students in small class groups, supporting them to achieve excellent exam results and progress to top universities.

This role is ideal for an experienced A Level Psychology teacher or a Psychology graduate with strong subject knowledge who is passionate about post-16 education.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver engaging and high-quality A Level Psychology lessons

* Plan and prepare lessons in line with exam specifications

* Monitor, assess, and provide feedback on student progress

* Support students in achieving academic excellence and university progression

* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive and focused learning environment

The Ideal Candidate

* Strong subject knowledge in Psychology (degree level or equivalent)

* Previous experience teaching A Level Psychology is essential

* Confident, enthusiastic, and committed to inspiring post-16 students

* Excellent organisational and communication skills

* Able to work collaboratively within a small teaching team
