Timeplan Education are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate and experienced SEN Teacher to work across primary schools in the Hammersmith and Fulham area. This role is ideal for teachers passionate about supporting children with additional needs
, including ASD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
, and who are looking to make a real impact on pupils' learning and wellbeing
.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver tailored lessons and interventions for pupils with SEN.
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies and best SEN practice.
  • Create a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
    .
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to implement personalised learning plans.
  • Monitor pupil progress, maintain accurate records
    , and provide feedback to school staff.
  • Adapt quickly to different school settings, routines, and pupil needs.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

  • Experience teaching pupils with SEN, ASD, SEMH, or related additional needs
    .

  • Strong classroom management skills and ability to create inclusive learning environments
    .

  • Flexibility, professionalism, and adaptability.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
    .

  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
