HLTA - Redbridge - £95-£105 a day (dependent on experience) - Immediate Start - Full Time

  • HLTA - Extensive experience with SEN pupils required
  • HLTA - Extensive experience with SEMH pupils required
  • HLTA - Able to commute to Redbridge easily
  • HLTA - Required full time ASAP

The Role - HLTA

Seeking a skilled HLTA to support teaching and learning for pupils aged 11-16 in a specialist school setting. The role planning, delivering and adapting structured lessons and targeted interventions for individuals and small groups. You will prepare differentiated resources, lead learning sessions in the classroom, support pupils to remain regulated and engaged and provide cover for lessons where required. Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff, you will help monitor progress, contribute to assessments and reports, support behaviour management strategies and maintain consistent routines to create a calm, supportive learning environment.
