• Take over a small Year 6 class and maintain a confident, well‑behaved learning environment.
• Plan and deliver well‑planned, differentiated lessons that challenge and support pupils to achieve their best work.

• Maintain high standards of education, ensuring pupils are on track for excellent SATs results.
• Work collaboratively within the small, church‑school context, supporting the school’s strong family ethos.

• Excellent understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and the ability to maintain high standards of education.
• Positive, proactive approach to teaching and working with children.
• Experience working in a small, church‑school setting is highly desirable.
