Overview
In this role, you will help the Education team create a variety of content following content specifications and brand guidelines. You will also contribute to our project management planning, learning how to maximise your time to deliver results. You will work closely under the supervision of more senior learning designers, who will provide mentoring as you learn the ropes in learning design and content management.
Responsibilities- Work within a team obsessed with making sure every child has access to the highest quality exam preparation resources
- Research and develop high-quality English, Reasoning and Maths assessment content for KS1, KS2 and KS3
- Create, edit, revise and proofread assessment content
- Update, brief and collaborate with teams across the company to ensure Atom offers educational value to every student, parent and teacher
- You have recently graduated University or teacher training;
- You are tech savvy, quick to learn new software;
- You have recent teaching or tuition experience;
- Teamwork skills;
- A keen eye for detail, particularly when writing and/or designing visual assets;
- Time management and self-leadership skills;
- Creativity and problem-solving aptitude;
- An interest in the science of learning;
- Management of visual design tools, such as Figma;
- Experience in 11+ or SATs exam preparation;
- Experience designing educational resources or publishing/copywriting for children aged 5-12.
