• British Sign Language (BSL) qualification - Level 2 minimum, Level 3 preferred
• Previous experience supporting children with hearing impairments in an educational setting
• Natural ability to connect with children and adapt communication approaches to meet individual needs
• Strong understanding of deaf awareness and inclusive practices
• Genuine passion for making a positive impact on children's education and wellbeing
• Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
