The successful and Key Stage 2 Phase Leader will have secure Upper Key Stage 2 Curriculum knowledge and be able to demonstrate class progress and experience of raising attainment in the area. The school is currently rated as Good and the school are looking for a driven and motivated middle leader who will join them on their journey to outstanding over the next 2 years.

You will need to have secure teaching practice and be comfortable showcasing your teaching and building best practice. It is essential that you have a can-do approach to work, excellent interpersonal skills and work well as part of a driven team.
