Professional Training Solutions is proud to be working in partnership with Enchanted Lands Nursery, a well-established early years setting in Kingsbury, northwest London, to offer an exciting opportunity for an Early Years Educator Apprentice. This full-time apprenticeship is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children and are ready to take the next step in their early years career.

You’ll gain practical, hands-on experience while studying towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification in a setting that promotes learning through structured play and routine.

Enchanted Lands is a private nursery offering high-quality, full-day childcare for children aged 0 to 5 years. Located in Kingsbury, the nursery provides a calm, structured, and engaging environment where children’s learning and development are supported through well-planned routines and activities. The team is committed to safeguarding, early education, and fostering positive outcomes for all children.

• As a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprentice, you will:
• Support children aged 0–5 through daily routines in a structured nursery environment.
• Assist in planning and delivering engaging learning activities that support children’s development across the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage).
• Carry out observations and assessments, helping to track each child’s progress and development.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to children’s learning journeys.
• Promote a safe and secure environment by following safeguarding procedures at all times.
• Support with mealtimes, hygiene routines, and personal care, promoting independence.
• Work collaboratively with nursery staff to uphold high standards of care and education.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and parents/carers to support each child’s individual needs.

• You will work toward achieving the Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification through Professional Training Solutions.
• Training includes a blend of on-the-job experience, dedicated study time, and online learning.
• A dedicated tutor and a workplace mentor will guide and support your development throughout the programme.
• If you do not already hold Level 2 English and Maths, you may be required to complete Functional Skills qualifications during the apprenticeship.

• A Level 2 childcare qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
• A genuine interest in early childhood development.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team in a professional setting.

• A nationally recognised Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
• Valuable, practical experience in a professional childcare setting.
• A supportive learning environment with guidance from experienced practitioners.
• The opportunity to develop confidence, knowledge, and skills in all areas of early years education.
• The possibility of a full-time position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Successful apprentices may be offered a permanent full-time role within the nursery upon completion. This apprenticeship also provides a strong foundation for further career development, including progression into roles such as Room Leader, SEN Support, or Deputy Nursery Manager.
