Student Success Tutor provides targeted academic guidance to a designated cohort of students, with a strong focus on supporting continuation, progression, and positive student outcomes.

The role involves responding to academic queries, proactively identifying barriers to engagement or achievement, and arranging timely one-to-one interventions to address academic or pastoral concerns.

Student Success Tutors play a key role in enhancing student retention by ensuring that students are effectively supported and signposted to appropriate academic and wellbeing services throughout their studies.
