Opportunity: SENDCO at Willowfield School

Willowfield School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SENDCO to join our vibrant and supportive community. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape inclusive education for pupils in a school where every child is valued, and every staff member is encouraged to thrive.

As SENDCO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of inclusive education  will be a key member of the senior leadership team, championing the needs of students with SEND and ensuring they receive the very best support to thrive academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic development of SEND provision, ensuring every child receives tailored support and opportunities to succeed.
  • Inspire, guide, and nurture a dedicated team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Play an active role in the senior leadership team, contributing to whole‑school strategy and championing inclusive practice at every level.
  • Establish and lead our new Integrated Resource Provision, working closely with the local authority to expand and enhance our SEND offer and facilities.
