We are seeking Teachers and Teaching Assistants who are enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to helping children learn and thrive. Whether you re an experienced practitioner or looking to expand your experience, we d love to hear from you.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (preferred but not required)
• Level 3 or higher in Teaching and Education or Teaching Assisting
• 2 5 years experience working within education
• Ability to support with teaching, cover, and 1:1 student support
• Excellent behaviour management with pupils aged 4 11
• Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills
• DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)

• Knowledge of current primary curriculum and assessment practices
• Creativity in lesson delivery to motivate and engage pupils
• Confidence leading a class in the teacher s absence
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prepare engaging resources
• Adaptability, reliability, and professionalism
• Confidence using ICT and online learning tools
