Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and supporting early childhood development?

A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Brent is seeking a motivated and caring Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team from January 2026.

• Support the class teacher in delivering fun, age-appropriate lessons and activities
• Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to help children achieve developmental and academic milestones
• Foster a nurturing classroom atmosphere that promotes curiosity, confidence, and positive relationships
• Support children's physical, social, and emotional development in line with the EYFS framework
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to monitor progress and respond to individual learning needs

• One of the following qualifications:
• CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
• OR a 2:1 or higher degree in Education Studies or Early Years Education
• A genuine passion for early childhood education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A caring, proactive, and adaptable approach
• Previous EYFS or primary school experience is beneficial but not essential
