We are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across both mainstream and SEN schools in the Lewisham Borough
. You will provide essential support to children with a range of additional needs, helping them to access the curriculum, build confidence, and thrive in school.

• Support pupils with SEN, ASD, PMLD, and complex needs in classroom and 1:1 settings.
• Implement learning activities and support the teacher in delivering lessons.
• Assist with personal care and promote independence where needed.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children.

• Experience working with children with SEN, ASD, PMLD, or complex needs is preferred.
• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm to support children's learning and development.
