SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a primary school in the London Borough of Ealing to recruit an experienced Long-Term Supply Teacher from January 2026
. There may be a chance of the role becoming permanent after that for the successful candidate.

This is a full-time, term-time only role, ideal for a confident and adaptable practitioner who enjoys variety and can respond flexibly to the needs of a busy primary school environment. Due to the multi-class nature of the role
, you will be working across Nursery through to Year 6, providing high-quality cover and continuity of learning.

The school is rated Good by Ofsted and is known for its positive ethos, strong community values and supportive leadership team. Most planning will be provided
, with the expectation that you can adapt lessons where required to meet pupils' needs and ensure consistency.

• Long-term supply position from January 2026
• Teaching across Nursery to Year 6, depending on school needs
• Delivering engaging lessons using provided planning, adapted as appropriate
• Maintaining strong behaviour management and clear routines
• Communicating effectively with staff, pupils and parents
• Supporting pupils' academic progress and wellbeing across all primary phases

• A highly experienced primary teacher (this role is not suitable for ECTs

• A confident classroom practitioner with strong adaptability and resilience
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to respond to short-notice changes
• Experience across multiple year groups within primary education
