Salary: 95 - 117 per day (PAYE, rate increases after 12 weeks)
Contract: Full‑time, Long‑term
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 8.30am - 3.30pm (with optional paid Breakfast Club work)
About the roleSANZA Teaching Agency are supporting a dynamic and forward‑thinking primary school in St John’s Wood who are looking for an ambitious Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team.
This is an incredible opportunity for a recent graduate who is considering a career in teaching and wants to gain hands‑on classroom experience before applying for a PGCE or teacher training.
You’ll work across Key Stage 2 (Years 3‑6), supporting teachers, running small group interventions and helping children reach their potential both academically and emotionally.

- Contribute to classroom organisation and positive behaviour
- Participate in school trips, clubs and whole‑school events
- Full‑time, term‑time only, starting ASAP
- Recent graduate with a degree in any subject (English, Psychology, Drama, Education, Sports, etc.)
- Passionate about education and considering a career in teaching
- Confident, reliable and motivated to work with primary‑aged children
- Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships
